Volunteer Management System

Y Confidence aims to provide avenues of fun and triumphant moments to selected beneficiaries in a hope to helping them regain their self-confidence and esteem through various categories of challenging activities like night walk/cycle, high ropes elements and public speaking. A specially selected regular group of Y Volunteers will befriend and mentor these youths while participating alongside them in all scheduled activities. At the end of the 6 session programme, culminating at the June & Dec Y-Camp Challenge, we hope to groom these teenagers into young leaders who are confident, self reliant, independent and compassionate citizens who will contribute back to society in their own special ways.
